Prove Nothing.

This is a note that I wrote to myself on my desktop.
I don’t have anything to prove to anyone. If I want to eat a bag of grapes, I will. If I don’t want to eat bread, I won’t. If I want to eat salad all day, I will. I will because this is what I want. If I want to be skinny, I will. If I want to be fat, I will. I don’t have to be the perfect eater. I will eat what I want, when I want. And if that means going through a bag of carrots in a day, then so be it. I feel good after that way more than if I force myself through a day of “balanced eating”. I am going to do what makes me happy. Don’t tell me that I’m supposed to eat “this number of carbs, this number of fruits, this number of vegetables”. Screw that. That’s boring. You say that eating fruit and vegetables all day is boring- no. I love them, and I love the way they make me feel. I’m not going to eat things because you tell me to. I am going to eat things because I want to.
